I sat in the lobby with no communication for over hours. When I finally went to ask what was going on, they claimed the bolt on the oil pan was stripped. I pointed out the Roseville store did my last oil change. It was clear he already knew that, but he wasn't sure if I did. He changed the tone once he realized I could connect the dots. When it was finally done, I asked a few questions about another issue and again got incomplete answers, in a tone that seemed he did not care. I have had very few, if any positive experiences with that service department. Attitudes are poor, they come off like they are doing me a favor. Not like I am a customer. I bought oil changes with my truck. Otherwise I would be going to another dealership. More
