I took my vehicle in for an issue that I knew would be difficult to replicate. So I just wanted the mechanics to look at it. Dealer had my vehicle for over a week. Dealer should have called to say 'we can't find anything, do you want us to keep looking or get your vehicle back?' When I called it took literally all day to tell me whether or not I could just come get it, because the technician assigned was off that day. If I had known on the Thursday it wouldn't even be worked on for 4 days, I would have said forget it, and come to get the vehicle. Also extremely disappointed you don't offer courtesy vehicles anymore. Really leaves customers in the lurch. Why pay so much for your expensive services and warranties? I'll go to the local shop at the end of the block for half the price. More
