Two and a half years and my truck was not fixed. When I first brought my truck in to get checked due to my check engine light on, the representative was extremely difficult to work with getting the trouble codes for the lights. They made the excuse that th check engine light on, the representative was extremely difficult to work with getting the trouble codes for the lights. They made the excuse that the code reader they have isn’t as good as the mechanics. I then made an appointment and the check engine turned back off so the mechanic had to guess what was wrong. If the service member had taken the time to get the codes originally it would have helped tremendously. Also, the part needed for the repair is on back order so now I have to wait to get my vehicle fixed. More

When my car was in for a very simple service, the person that was bringing out my car backed into a service vehicle. There is some damage on my bumper and slightly above it. I would have called to bring it in, but I am dealing with a brother who is in the hospital and needs a second emergency surgery. It would have been nice to receive a call. They have both of my numbers!! I want it repaired especially now that they never even tried to call me. More

We previously went to Walser to service our 2015 Yukon XL. At the time the service manager was outstanding.
