Brought car in 3 times for the radio cutting out lest each time with more issues than I started with. An expensive pair of sunglasses disappeared from my truck while they had it the 2nd time. Took them 2 hours to start working on my car for an oil change, when I showed up at my appointment time. Was not warned or apologized to. I want to give this dealership business, but I’ve been burned at least a couple times. First time I brought my truck in to get some things fixed that were under warranty. I tried to be easy and give them my truck for a couple days, but I think that made my repairs low priority to them. My truck was stuck there for days longer than estimated. The last time I again brought my truck back in to get a part installed that had been back ordered for months. This time I told them I’d only leave the truck for the day. I picked it up and drove away only to find that the part that they said they put in didn’t even work. I didn’t even call them back to let them know. I’m afraid that it’ll just be another run around, so I’ve put it off for now. More
