Not happy with the Service and their charges are outrageous. Brought our vehicle in and paid for a diagnostic due to electrical camera issue as well as had 45,000 mile service ($1200 later) and the. outrageous. Continued to have additionally electronic issues and brought vehicle back 2 weeks later only to have to PAY ANOTHER diagnostic fee of $225 just to be told it was our battery!!! They rotated my tires but didn't fill them properly with air. Turned off my inside lights and left them that way. If I could give ZERO stars I would. Walser clearly doesn’t care about their customers safety! I have had issues every time my truck goes in for service, but this time was the worst! The technician didn’t even reinstall the seat or seatbelt properly after the repair. I had to bring it back to have it fixed and driving home from the dealership I realized it’s still not fixed! Very concerning considering seats and seatbelts a literally life saving in an accident. More
