First service center, ever, to do the right thing. No argument, just follow through service for a warranty issue. I have renewed appreciation that there actually are honorable people in the world toda No argument, just follow through service for a warranty issue. I waited 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. The service manager was extremely nice to me and didn’t charge me for my service. The service manager was extremely nice to me and didn’t charge me for my service. More
I need more than 15 words to tell you how bad the service is there. The service people are incompetent, untrustworthy. They will make promises and not keep them. They will run you around and than give you a b is there. The service people are incompetent, untrustworthy. They will make promises and not keep them. I brought my vehicle in for a buzzing/rattling noise over bumps. On the first visit, they said they couldn’t duplicate the issue—even though I drove with Technician Dan and he clearly heard it. He claimed it bumps. On the first visit, they said they couldn’t duplicate the issue—even though I drove with Technician Dan and he clearly heard it. He claimed it was just the garage door opener on the ceiling, removed it, and I was still charged a full hour for diagnosis. I drove home and the noise continued the entire way. I texted my advisor, Brian, who got me back in the next week. This time they said three different techs couldn’t hear anything, but when I drove with the foreman Kelly, he immediately identified multiple noise sources—driver door, suspension (front and rear), and the sunroof. They kept the car for a few days and claimed it was fixed. They had found loose wiring in the headliner and added insulation to address the rattling. When I picked it up, the sunroof noise was gone, but the door and suspension noise remained—the same ones I complained about from day one. I asked for a refund for the original diagnostic fee, since they clearly misdiagnosed it the first time and blamed a garage door opener that was on the rear view mirror. The service manager just gave me the runaround and said it’s not refundable since “garage door openers aren’t warranty.” I have videos from the night I picked the car up showing the noises still there. If the issue was truly addressed the first time, there wouldn’t have needed to be insulation added and multiple parts checked on visit two. Really disappointed in the lack of accountability here.
