I would likely not buy another vehicle from Walser based on their service. Amy vehicle was recently in for a recall, and I asked about also updating my trucks ECM per a PIP for “extended crank, no start”. I on their service. I’m on my 3rd battery in 4 years and I attribute this PIP to my battery woes. They failed to update the ECM and told me I could bring it back, at $200/hour to get that taken care of. More

I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. The inspection of the vehicle was a bonus. I like them checking the brakes and ensuring there are no leaks.
