I bought gmc Yukon in Sep 2024, I had 2 recalls on it. Breakpads are rusty and I had to change them. It costed me much. The actual work done by the technicians was great, however the communication from the service staff has been sub par. My truck was in twice over a month period, for a service ultimately covered under however the communication from the service staff has been sub par. I was hardly updated on the status of my vehicle while it was in the shop, and often had to call and leave messages that were rarely returned. I was promised my rental car and initial diagnostic fees would be covered due to it being a warranty issue, but still got a bill from the rental car company, and have been waiting 3 weeks for a refund after, yet again, more calls unanswered. I attempted to contact the service department manager, and have been waiting a week for a reply. More

Purchasing process was fine but the service department has been a challenge. A simple billing mistake on the part of the dealer required the General Manager of the dealership to get involved.
