I always give 5's. This time i didnt feel really welcome walking in. It was just a basic oil change so not much to it. Every other time I'm given a car wash. Worst experience I have ever had buying a brand new vehicle. Told them 5 days prior to arriving I was going to pick up the vehicle. When we arrived it was dirty, decals were still on windows and nothin vehicle. Told them 5 days prior to arriving I was going to pick up the vehicle. When we arrived it was dirty, decals were still on windows and nothing was ready, had to have him put the floor mats in as they were still in the bags. You would also think you would get a full tank of gas but it was half full. Salesperson was to busy running back and forth with other people to explain anything to us. Was supposed to have paperwork ready with GM cash from my card applied and was not so had to wait while they redid all the paperwork. Had questions about the AWD and the salesperson had to actually step out of the car to see if it was AWD. This was my daughter's first car and was a terrible experience. I have purchased many new vehicles and have never went through something like this. When I left the dealership I noticed the lane assist needed service and was not working, we called him back and gave me to service, they said they could set up an appointment but I am 4 hours away, told him I would have to go to another dealer. Got home put it in the garage for two weeks till my daughter got her license and now the car I completely dead, fob, lights, nothing works, put on charger and says it is charged but everything is still dead. Going to have to get a wrecker to haul a brand new Buick to a dealership. Pretty scared I just bought a lemon for my daughter. Bought a brand new Chevy Silverado ZR2 from Walsar Chevrolet 3 months prior to this and was one of the best experiences I ever had, called them prior to coming down to pick it up and had it cleaned up and all paperwork ready to sign, Salesperson explained everything. More

Really did not have a good experience buying from here. My car had mechanical and cosmetic issues from the start. Broken bumper clips and they hid hail damage from me. It was not visible at night when I had time to look at the car. I asked if I could check for hail damage under the bright lights in the service bay and was told no. They said no hail damage. It’s going to be $1200 to fix. I am thankful they fixed the minor mechanical issue, although they ignored my calls when I asked for a loaner, because it was going to take 2 weeks to fix my car. Who does that? When I dropped off my car for service, we saw the sales team tossing a football around, dinging a new Buick a couple times. Lastly they beat me up on my trade, wouldn’t budge $1, then put it on their lot for double what they gave me. That’s just rude. Don’t shop here. More

They do mostly a good job but I have had some issues. Last year I had a nail in my tire and was not told until I found it on the inspection video the next day. This service I noticed a light under the dash and went back to the shop and asked. It was an inspection unit that was plugged in and not removed. The service members joked about it and basically did not thank me for returning it. The service was done well but!!! More
