Never buy a vehicle from this dealer and use the service. Never leave or forget your valuables in your vehicle during the service. I regret buying my GMC from this dealer. Never leave or forget your valuables in your vehicle during the service. I regret buying my GMC from this dealer. More
I had an extremely disappointing experience with this dealership and would strongly advise others to think twice before bringing their vehicle here. My GMC needed a transmission replacement at just 90 dealership and would strongly advise others to think twice before bringing their vehicle here. My GMC needed a transmission replacement at just 90,000 miles, which is already frustrating on its own—but being charged over $10,000 for the repair was completely unreasonable. To make matters worse, the dealership did not provide a loaner vehicle during the process, leaving me without reliable transportation for an extended period. The service itself was even more frustrating. Communication was poor, and I constantly felt like I had to chase them down for updates. At no point did I feel like a valued customer—instead, I felt overlooked and unimportant. On top of that, they seemed to nickel-and-dime me for every little thing, adding unnecessary charges wherever possible. Overall, this experience has completely turned me off from the GMC brand. Between the costly failure at relatively low mileage and the lack of care and professionalism from the dealership, I would not recommend either to anyone. If you’re considering buying or servicing a vehicle here, I’d strongly encourage you to look elsewhere. More
