Work was not completed. Computer used to flash my truck radio failed, and then they claimed it was done, but the radio kernel version was not updated. I didn't get my video from the visual inspection, my tires weren't inflated to the proper level, and frankly it was a half-assed service visit all in all. More

I brought my car into get fixed a month ago and paid to get it diagnosed and they said they fixed it. Problem was still there so brought it in again. They charged me again to diagnose the same problem th get it diagnosed and they said they fixed it. Problem was still there so brought it in again. They charged me again to diagnose the same problem that they said they fixed the first time. The problem is fixed but I don’t like being charged 2 times to for a problem that they didn’t fix the first time. More
