The car I was interested in was in perfect condition, so things were about as simple as you can make a used car purchase. That being said, our customer specialist Lewis Weets elevated an easy purchase into what I would call an enjoyable one. His Demeanor and casual conversation made it feel like we could easily be quick friends, and his genuine excitement for our new purchase seemed to come purely from his knowledge that we were getting exactly what we wanted and how great it will be to have this car for years to come. Cheers to him, he's a natural. My only complaint is the rubber dealership sticker on the back of my trunk that I will have to pay to get removed, but I understand that is standard practice. It is what it is, and that would not at all stop me from purchasing another vehicle from Walser. More
