Provided me with a variety of options for new tires. Courtesy car was much appreciated while waiting for tires to arrive and be put on. I am disappointed that for the 2nd time (also last Fall) I asked how to change my home address on the car GPS, but I soon realized it was still set for my previous address! Also, I asked for the AC to be checked,, as well as the left vent (which doesn’t blow as much air as the other vents). The AC still takes a long time to cool and often doesn’t get cool enough. This is after having minimal AC for 3 mo last summer while I waited for an AC part to come in. The info from my service visit was not submitted to CarMax. Please update! More

Followed through with their word on fixing a leak in the sunroof four months after I purchased it because it was not detectable during winter.
