We found a vehicle that we liked, test drove it. Likes the vehicle. Benjin, our sales rep, was friendly and helpful. We asked about the number of key fobs and was told there were 2 that came with it, even though they only guarantee 1. After we signed all the paperwork and were ready to pick up the vehicle, they told us there was only 1 fob, but they would see what they could do about getting another fob. They did nothing and told us they only guarantee 1 fob. The car was also missing front floor mats that were in it when we test drove it. They did get us new floor mats. Still, after talking to Dave about the missing fob, we were told there was nothing they could do and that they only guarantee 1 fob. Disappointing that such a small issue like a fob could lead to a poor overall experience. More

Unorganized, my said new car was not ready for pick up (at another dealership), not a new car (demo), 3 scratches on bumper area, dealership tried to remove them- still on car. I had an appointment to meet with dealer and was busy with other customers, paper work had my incorrect address, spent 2 1/2 hours total at dealership, very dissatisfied…This should have been a smooth transaction, paid cash for a “used car.” More
