Overall, my experience was great. I brought my Mazda 3 in for an infotainment service that was covered under a warranty. They offered me a loaner vehicle as soon as they got my vehicl I brought my Mazda 3 in for an infotainment service that was covered under a warranty. They offered me a loaner vehicle as soon as they got my vehicle checked in, and I got to drive a brand new (7 miles on the vehicle) 2025 Mazda CX-50 for a day. Now I want one. They sent me a video of the inspection within an hour, and detailed everything they saw, pointing anything out that needed attention. They even offered my daughter a toy while we were there, and she got a new squishmallow! I highly recommend this service department. More
