Extremely busy place on Saturday, however few people on the floor and Joe quickly helped us to pick the car for test drive. Final purchasing was done by very knowledgable Alex Mayhoefner.. They not only verified it and replaced the defective card, but updated the nav They got me in without an appointment to verify the navigation SD card. I had had the vehicle in two weeks earlier where I purchased it and they missed doing the software updates and they were unsure whether I qualified for a warranty SD card replacement.
