It was the reason we purchased a used car from them, but when we later tried to use the warranty, we got a run around from a receptionist who would not put the service manager on the phone, passed us off to CNA , who said the did not cover our repair, then despite 2 attempt to reach a general manager for a call back, we never received the courtesy of a reply. I the "lifetime" warranty is what is appealing to you, forget this dealership. More

I recently decided that it was time to look into a new vehicle. Scott Meyers was recommended to me by a couple of people. So I set out on a Saturday to track him down. He was patient, used humor to put up with my grief, and walked me through the lease va purchase question. Both managers stopped by several times. I'm not sure if it was to help me or help Scott. I gave him a run for his money, or should I say, "my money"?! My sarcasm ranneth over! I enjoyed harassing Scott, and he took it well. So.....I will miss my CX-7, but am looking forward to my CX-5. Scott worked a deal for me that was worthy of me. And yes...,..I decided to lease. Thanks Scott Meyers! I enjoyed harassing you. Is that wrong of me??! Way to adapt, as a salesperson. SOLD! Phil Coste -- Best Sales Rep at Burnsville Mazda!!! I was looking at new vehicles in August. I went to see Phil Coste at Walser Mazda Burnsville after my husband had met with him earlier in the day. He let me drive vehicle after vehicle that evening, it was raining and he still kept running back and pulling out cars for me to drive. He answered every question I had about the Mazda 5. So knowledgeable and very polite. Although I ended not buying a Mazda, I would tell everyone I know to go see Phil Coste before you make any vehicle purchases. He is the Salesperson!!! Walser Way NO WAY I bought a CX 5 at Walser Mazda in Burnsville less than two weeks ago. Within a few days I found a problem with the wipers. I took it back to the deal I bought a CX 5 at Walser Mazda in Burnsville less than two weeks ago. Within a few days I found a problem with the wipers. I took it back to the dealership and they found that the sensor had not been properly installed when the windshield had been replaced by the previous owner. This was an already existing problem with the car I bought and it was less than one week later when I let them know about the problem. I talked to the Sales at Walser and they would not cover the cost to fix the issue. While it was a used car, it was only a 2014 and it is now 2016. This wasn't a cheap car; I bought the car at a substantial price. To fix the sensor issue, it would cost almost $680 with tax. If I had been made aware of the issue before I bought it, I would have had them fix it before I purchased it. I made an appointment to fix it anyway but I later called to cancel the appointment and to tell them I was dissatisfied and unhappy with how they handled an already existing problem. I was told that my salesperson or the sales manager would call me back. Nothing but crickets. No one has called me back. Not cool, Walser. If this is "The Walser Way," NO THANK YOU. More
