I bought the car from Carter. I noticed this windshield had a crack in it and the car was dirty after I had given them two days to make sure everything was in order. After driving I noticed this windshield had a crack in it and the car was dirty after I had given them two days to make sure everything was in order. After driving for a few days, I got a dash notification that my oil was low. I brought it the the service department, and was told that the oil level in my car was low, meaning they just didn't service the car properly before I purchased it. Sean was helpful in figuring these issues out. Carter on the other hand ignored my text, and only responded to me after I called his direct boss and complained. More

I came in to have them look at repairing where a piece of ice had hit my car. They couldn't do that, but they did squeeze me in for an oil change that was overdue because I had taken my car out of road trip. ice had hit my car. Purchased a used Ford Explorer. Also purchased a Walser extended warranty at the same time as the purchase of the Ford. Warning light coming on and dealer unable to find any issue. Picked up SUV and second time starting it the light was on again. Dropped of at dealer a second time. They had it over a week and unable to find anything. Went to pick it up and light came on in the parking lot of the dealership. Left SUV a third time. They had it over a week again and replaced a switch and the second time I started it the light was on again. So frustrating that the Warranty requires going through this purchasing dealer and not going directly to a Ford dealer. What do I do..............drop of the SUV a fourth time? More
