If i could rate -1 star in terms of a buying experience If i could rate -1 star in terms of a buying experience I would. Their “ Upfront Prices” is just a sales tactic to get you in the door. First they rely heavily on manufacturers rebates that all dealerships offers. They advertise these incentives knowing far well not everyone qualifies for them all and don’t disclose it until your ready to sign. They’re upfront pricing is at or slightly above invoice pricing to which if you negotiate you can get anywhere. They fact that they can’t help further knowing they have a holdback and or curtailment on a unit 30+ days on their lot means nothing. Also your just a number in a que. Better clear up a day if your buying here, took 6+ Hours 3 being awaiting on papers and financial alone. Also for a hassle-free experience they’re quite pushy in terms of extended warranty coverage. I know it’s all profit but after declining, questioning me as to why and then trying to convince me I am wrong. After it was all said and done they asked if I wouldn’t mind giving them 10s on a Chrysler Customer Service Survey because it reflects into their organization. When I questioned what prompted them as to why I’d give them a 10, they tried to be buddy buddy asking what I needed to make it happen. When I asked for a little help thoughtful the process or not to drag it out. None was shown to me. So I’ll gladly repay. More

Sales person was ok sales manager lied, lied and then lied some more. Sales person knew less about the vehicle then we did. Does it have remote start, answer no, yes it does with the ap, where are the lied some more. Sales person knew less about the vehicle then we did. Sale manager almost cost you the deal. He is an embarrassment to the Walser Group and should be let go or sent in for training. I am not sure even where to start. He lied about financing. Straight A+ paper, 20% down and gave us the same rate for 60 months when we requested 48 and three times he said he changed it every time it came back 60 month with no rate decrease. He also SIAD they work with WINGS credit union, reaching out to WINGS they do not. Completely lied about trade in. Oh it is a summer car and your trading it in in the the fall, I am going to list it at 9K and even then no bank will touch it because of the LTV. I called the VP of lending at a local FI and they said that is crazy (whil;e I was sitting there). Now I see the lie of 9K just became $24,615.00, yes that is what they are asking for. If you see this review, they paid $ 6,500. for that 2005 Mustang convertible only driven in the summer with 36k miles. What happen to LTV at 9k? What happen to that is what we are going to ask for it. Lies. Why lie. I purchased a vehicle from Walser Toyota and they were great. I'd skip these guys 100%. More
