I bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee from Kurt at the Hopkins location. He was very helpful, informative and patient. I had a lot of questions and he went through all of them with me. He had the car cleane location. He was very helpful, informative and patient. I had a lot of questions and he went through all of them with me. He had the car cleaned up and brought it to me the next day. It was a pretty easy process. He was easy to work with and I would recommend anyone needing a Jeep to stop by and see him. No pressure . I was there for over 2 hours to sign paperwork after we took a test drive. The paperwork had to be redone multiple times. Todd & Zach agreed to send me a picture of the torn up check we wrote for the vehic took a test drive. The paperwork had to be redone multiple times. Todd & Zach agreed to send me a picture of the torn up check we wrote for the vehicle once the wire transfer was received. They did send me a confimation of the wire transfer but they didn't follow up with what they said they would do. They didn't do this. I had even sent a follow email on 4/7 to remind Zach of this promise he made and to let him know that we couldn't log in to see any of our documents, I felt the delearship was poorly run compared to my experience with Walser dealership in Wichita that I bought a care a week earlier of which I gave them 5 stars for the experience.
