Fabulous experience all three times and our Jeeps ran for 18 (!) years with only regular service and replacement parts. This time I went in thinking I'd get a used Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. I came away with a brand new one, not because of any hard sell, but because it was actually a better deal in the long run. We asked the questions and we got honest answers and super customer service from Elishia Dahl. She went above and beyond by bringing the car to our house due to our busy schedule and we filled out the paperwork there! Also, I was unable to get a run-through on some of the new systems my new Jeep has so she offered to meet me at Walser ON HER DAY OFF (!) in order to do it for me!! She has also kept in touch with me to make sure all is going well and to see if I have any questions. She is A-1! I highly recommend not only Walser Hopkins, but Elishia Dahl as a first class sales person! More
