Jeep was there for an air suspension issue. Inspection uncovered other issues as well. My Jeep sat there for about two weeks til it was finally worked on. Multiple warranty communication problems getting the work approved and started. Which took even more time. Had to bring it in again, for another related issue. Took more time for warranty approval and sourcing a simple part. Finally a third issue that was handled quickly. Service advisor and manager (Chase and Adrienne) handled the situation best they could. They offered Lyfts and loaners. And helped with deductibles. Not to mention explaining the situation and details involved. More
