Worst communication I have ever experienced from a service center. Only time I actually spoke with my service advisor was when I called and he picked up the phone. Even text communication was lacking. service center. Only time I actually spoke with my service advisor was when I called and he picked up the phone. Even text communication was lacking. Brought my Jeep in for communication wire on the radio and chrome peeling off of my driver's door handle. With the lack of communication wire got fixed under warranty and I was charged 100$ to diagnose peeling chrome on my door handle. Will never service a vehicle with Walser again. Which is a shame I enjoyed my buying experience here greatly. More

Sales manager said my repair on the van I just bought would take “a couple days”. After a week I called and was told by someone else we that anything in the body shop takes a week. After 11days I called would take “a couple days”. After a week I called and was told by someone else we that anything in the body shop takes a week. After 11days I called again and was told by the body shop that they only received it two days earlier. It was finally done after 14 days. During this time my husband and I repeatedly left messages for the general manager and sales manager and the calls were never returned. I finally reached the sales manager because he happened to answer the sales phone. This lack of service and disrespectful lack of communication was betond unacceptable. More
