Not very good at communicating. Amber never contacted me with updates on my vehicle. I had to reach out to her EVERY TIME. Was told my truck would take 1 day. It took 5 days. Never Amber never contacted me with updates on my vehicle. I had to reach out to her EVERY TIME. Was told my truck would take 1 day. It took 5 days. Never a call. Only communicates on a text. Which I always had to text first. Poor communicator and lacks attention to detail. More
Best team I’ve ever worked with. Only improvement I could ask for would be ability to create/update appts via web but he staff almost makes up for it! Only improvement I could ask for would be ability to create/update appts via web but he staff almost makes up for it! More
It was a quick battery swap and they gave the jeep a quick rinse. I had been stuck at a batteries plus nearby and they were worried they would damage something. quick rinse. I had been stuck at a batteries plus nearby and they were worried they would damage something. More

It took 43 days to replace the transmission, most of the time I had to text or call 2-4 times to get a response and some of the answers i got were contradictory of previous questions. The one time I got an time I had to text or call 2-4 times to get a response and some of the answers i got were contradictory of previous questions. The one time I got an unsolicited call was for them to tell me the warranty, I purchased from them, was only good for 5 days of a loaner, so that was something the salesperson glossed over. They did charge me a reduced rate for the rental, but it would have been nice to know that going in. Eventually, it did get fixed, but my truck is my business, so I lost quite a but of money because of the extended time. If you purchased a warranty through Walser on a vehicle you bought from them, you do not need to take it there, and I would suggest going someplace else. More
