Worst experience I’ve ever had with a dealership. The lack of communication was mind boggling. My 2 1/2 year old jeep got towed in on a Monday, they said they couldn’t look at it till the end of the The lack of communication was mind boggling. My 2 1/2 year old jeep got towed in on a Monday, they said they couldn’t look at it till the end of the week. Got a call on Wednesday saying it was ready. Picked it up, drove it for 5 minutes and ALL the same problems happened. Nothing got fixed. Got it towed back, took 2+ weeks to fix, ends up it needed a new engine. Had no loaner for me for over a week. Then gave me a dodge ram 1500 diesel pickup truck. 🙄 TWO men while I picked up the stupid truck told me if I didn’t know how to pump diesel to bring it back and they’d do it for me. Guessing that was their sexiest way being that I’m female to belittle me like I don’t know how to pump fuel. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! Do not go here!! 🤬 More
