Walser Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM - Service Center

I had an appointment at 11:30am and dropped my car off at 11am for an oil change. The service department could not perform an oil change in the 6 hours past my appointment time and I had to leave my car over 11am for an oil change. I needed my vehicle back the same day to pick up my kids at daycare. They offered a rental, however I would have to go and pick up the car seats and install in the rental. I should have just picked up my car and have service done some place else. I understand if a repair took longer than expected or parts didn't arrive, however they were either understaffed or booked too many appointments. More

Scheduled service a month in advance and then they lost my reservation to fix a seatbelt! I had to work with the GM ( Jason) and his assistant ( Joy ) to get it resolved.
