Can't get an service appointment in a realistic timeframe. They didn't help me manage my power train warranty. It got cancelled. This dealership is way too expensive. They completed a realignment for my jeep and only inspected 3 other issues I requested and I came home with a $500 bill. Avoid if you can. The service tech that helped was Amber Larson and she was fantastic. The problem of course was intermittent and a pressure test did not reproduce the leak. I really don't have anything good to say about the mechanics or the service side of this dealership. I have a 2016 grand caravan with a 3.6. It had rocker arm noise on cold start up for about si mechanics or the service side of this dealership. I have a 2016 grand caravan with a 3.6. It had rocker arm noise on cold start up for about six weeks. I could hear it 20 feet away every morning. I brought it in, it sat overnight, the next day when the mechanics started it they said they couldn't hear anything. So I said, let it sit overnight again and I will come down in the morning and start it when I'm there. Low and behold two hours later I received a text saying that the mechanic had heard it ticking. When I say ticking, it was more of a rattle, this is a common problem. They tore it down and there was a bad rocker arm and tappets. Thankfully I had purchased a warranty when I bought it used so it was covered. It still has some ticking, I need to get it back. It would be nice to find a dealership and mechanics that take pride in what they do and put their customers first because that's who keeps them in business. P.S. I will never buy another Dodge product again. More

For the life of me I cannot figure out why people bring their vehicles to a dealership. Nor do I understand all the glowing reviews. Maybe it’s just my bad luck. Literally every single time I have brought my truck here there has been an issue with terrible communication. I made an appointment for a simple oil change at 1045am. The only reason I brought it to the dealer was to use a coupon. I was told it should be about an hour. At an hour and a half I went to check on the progress and how much longer. I was then informed that my vehicle had been blocked in for some cleaning and they could not access it. They had not even started work yet. The response from the service manager was an apology and they have no idea why that happened or why I wasn’t notified. Find a reputable mechanic to work on your vehicle and my advice would be to stay away. This is my Google review More
