Horrible customer service - they do not take care of you and we had to search for our own cars. Should have known then but still purchased anyhow. They got me in a Grand Cherokee 4E and it has been a nightmare ever since! Trying to get into a new car and the GM still hasn't contacted me back after 10 days. I had to do the calling and even go in to finally talk to him. Now I have a large monthly payment for a car I have to drive that is NOT reliable and has been undrivable already 3 times. I've only had the car 7 months and don't get me started with the 5 recalls they needed me to take my day to sit there and have them do. First one was re scheduled 4 times before it actually was fixed. Save your sanity and go somewhere that will take care of you when things go haywire. I understand things can happen but this is by far a lemon they knew had problems that they sold to me. More

Normally I give a 5 star review but I ended up having to drive over twice in awful construction for a very loud noise in my car which turned out to be a wheel bearing...which I think any mechanic taking a t drive over twice in awful construction for a very loud noise in my car which turned out to be a wheel bearing...which I think any mechanic taking a test drive should have known. I did tell them I had a full wrap warranty so they could make sure it wasn't something in the transmission but I ended up being sent home and having to pay 115.00 for a diagnostic only to return the following week to have the wheel bearing fixed. So I wasted gas money. paid for a diagnostic I did not need. arrived at 7:45 am and didn't leave until after 12 noon, plus the last three times I came in ...they didn't bother to wash my car. I am not used to this kind of service and I was disappointed. More
