I bought a used Nissan Armada Platinum 2017 with 123,000 miles. Problems started showing up and I was outside of my 30 day window. Their “120 point inspection” turned out to be through a “third-party” that miles. Problems started showing up and I was outside of my 30 day window. Their “120 point inspection” turned out to be through a “third-party” that they did not accept any responsibility for. The rear brakes were replaced by them but were put on incorrectly, they inspected and re-placed them, only to find out they again seated them incorrectly. The front ball joints are loose, there was rattling that turned out to be requiring a new clamp, and frontal sway arms are needing replacement asap. I thought they were responsible for the brakes and the ball joints but even after multiple inspections from various local mechanics, and seeing for themselves, they denied that the brakes were placed incorrectly and refused any responsibility towards the ball joints, sway arms, and exhaust clamps. I do not recommend buying a used car from them 100%. More
