My first visit to this dealership. Early afternoon, I was able to have my auto worked on immediately for the latest recall. One hour wait, just fine, a washed auto at the end. Very streamlined process and great communication from advisor and technician, did NOT like the fact I had photos of malfunctioning systems but no solution was provided since they were unable to duplicate advisor and technician, did NOT like the fact I had photos of malfunctioning systems but no solution was provided since they were unable to duplicate and then informed me I could be subject to $100 fee for diagnostic checks on a new vehicle under warranty. That’s unacceptable and will communicate with Honda directly on this matter. More

Cole respected my research and didn't pressure me into something more. He was very upfront about any cosmetic items that he noticed on the pre-owned van and pointed them out without hesitation.
