Walser Honda in Burnsville was a pleasure to do business with. The staff I worked with were Nathan and Justin. Both were informative, knowledgeable and great at communicating with me. I was given the best d with. The staff I worked with were Nathan and Justin. Both were informative, knowledgeable and great at communicating with me. I was given the best deal out of 5 other dealerships I reached out to. Justin honored the trade in price I was hoping to recieve. Nathan went through my new vehicle with me explaining how everything worked. He was friendly and personable. He also was able to answer my endless questions. What I appreciated the most was the no pressure approach when it came to buying additional warranties and packages available. Nathan did explain everything to me well. I spent less than 2 hours at the dealership to complete the transaction. I also appreciated this. I will definitely be recommending Walser to my friends and family. It was a great experience overall. Sales rep didn't go over the financing agreement with me. He just had me sign. Didn't get the floormats promised so I had to order my own.
