The people I’ve worked with have been honest, helpful, and easy to deal with. I never felt pressured or like I was being pushed into something I didn’t want. They took the time to answer my questions and made the whole process comfortable and straightforward. Buying a vehicle can be stressful, but they made it a pretty easy experience for me. After my first purchase, I felt comfortable enough to come back when I was ready for another vehicle, and I’m glad I did. Paid $399 for a side-molding installation for my new Odyssey on the day I purchased the vehicle. The sales guy told me he would call me for the installation appointment. No calls at all. I emailed x2 bu Odyssey on the day I purchased the vehicle. The sales guy told me he would call me for the installation appointment. No calls at all. I emailed x2 but no reply. I called x 2 but noone would call me back. Imagine this is the service I have already paid for!!!! Finally I requested to talk to a manager and he helped me only because I threatened them that I would give them a bad review. My sales guy was hoping I would forget it after paying $400. Such a terrible experience. He was so nice and sweet until I bought the car then he ignored me!!!!!! Wouldn’t send my family and friends there!!!!!!!!!! More
