It's very difficult and a hassle to make an appointment and get any service. We've had a recall issue regarding a fuel pump for over 1.5 years and they never have the part/s to fix our Pilot and Ridgeline. and get any service. Dealership is fine. Once someone starts helping service is awesome. After this visits I’m not sure I’ll be back. We love coming to the dealership for service but paying almost $100 for oil is ridiculous. More
