My experience was positive! The service advisors are reasonable in recommending only the service I actually need and through with the vehicle inspections. We have done all service with this dealership since we bought the vehicle new, the only gripe I have is that it feels like oil changes have doubled in price over the last 5 years, I may start doing my oil changes myself for this reason.
