I never leave reviews but this was such horrible experience. Would leave a zero star rating if I could. Poor communication and quality. Returned vehicle to me non-functioning breaking down within 3 experience. Would leave a zero star rating if I could. Poor communication and quality. Returned vehicle to me non-functioning breaking down within 3 min of getting my vehicle back in the middle of the highway on the way home forcing me to get towed. This is a huge safety issue to have me stranded in the middle of traffic. They showed a lack of professionalism and expertise. It should be best practice to perform quality checks on the vehicle for more than 3 mins. It was very obvious something was wrong. We had to work around one technician’s schedule because they had no one else who was “capable” of working on my vehicle. They seemed to be very communicative when it came to up charging with adding more services and parts but lacked communication when things went wrong. We left multiple voicemails and messages trying to get some sort of update. They ended up putting back the original part and couldn’t even refund us directly. We have to wait for the third party vendor of the part for the refund. What a huge inconvenience and they made no effort to make it right! More
Excellent service! Everything was clearly and respectfully explained to me. I don't think I could have asked for a better experience. Everything was clearly and respectfully explained to me. I don't think I could have asked for a better experience. More
We felt very heard, we didn’t feel like we were being sold things the entire time. The car we came to see is what we left with. There was no small talk or trying to change our mind on adding features. sold things the entire time. The car we came to see is what we left with. Walser sold me a used vehicle and did not disclose of immediately required repairs, most notably a large oil leak. The car was smoking by the time I drove it home from the built up oil residue. When I br immediately required repairs, most notably a large oil leak. The car was smoking by the time I drove it home from the built up oil residue. When I brought it back the next day they sent me next door to the Walser Subaru dealer. After 4 hours, they identified the issue and said they had spoken with Walser Honda who acknowledged it and said it would be taken care of under warranty. By the time I walked across the street, Walser Honda told me everyone I needed to speak with had gone home for the day but that they would take care of it the following day. The next day they walked everything they had said back and that claimed that my issue was no longer covered under warranty. They quoted me at a $1500 fix for the oil leak. I took my car to another mechanic who identified the same issue as a $600 fix. I brought this information back to Walser asking for an explanation. After over a month of fruitless and insulting talks with the sales manager ( I was told "most people who looked at that car did not have the best situations", cryptic and suggestive) I was finally able to talk to a general manager (who only took my call when he mistook my name for another customer. I had been requesting a conversation with him for two weeks at this point). The general manager offered me nothing outside suggesting that I trade the car in for something more expensive and newer, in which I would receive no money back on licencing costs, etc. So, after not disclosing the issue, referencing an unreliable and deceptive warranty, extreme avoidance and exhibiting actions you could justify as entrapment and classism I can't recommend this organization in any way shape or form. Walser's core company value is "do the right thing" and I think it's safe to say they will do anything but that. More

I really appreciated his helping me walk through my options, both for what I needed after a Suburban trade-in and what I could financially afford. Then my husband came with me the second time to see what I chose and to go through the purchasing process. I'd recommend working with Sam! More
