Arrived 5mins before my appt time for a simple oil change. Waited a little over 2hrs to get it done -it wasn’t until I went up to the service advisor to inquire about the status of my car when he told change. The vehicle I was interested in was conveniently not locatable. I test drove a similar one and was happy to make my purchase. Suddenly the vehicle just happens to be out front. I mentioned that it was a locatable. I test drove a similar one and was happy to make my purchase. Suddenly the vehicle just happens to be out front. I mentioned that it was awfully dirty and asked if there would be a detail cleaning before getting it. The salesman said yes, and we finalized the deal. When I got the vehicle, it was barely cleaned. It had been 5 hours at the dealer getting this done, so I took it and left. After getting the vehicle home and cleaning it myself, I found personal items from the previous owner in the vehicle. At that point I was very unhappy. After a week, I realized they never sent me the gift card for doing a test drive. I reached out to the salesman and the manager, and both ignored my emails and calls. I had to call the dealer several times to get someone to help. I still have not received the gift card; the 3rd party site they use says the deal expired. This is by far the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. I advise not going there. More
