Awful experience from start to finish. Salesperson (Damion) did an awful job of communicating Walser's position when I attempted to purchase car a few different times. The path to resolve these was extremely painful due to continued lack of communication repeatedly over the period of a week. Walser was also unable/unwilling to follow through on their commitments. The general manager of the entire dealership shouldn't have to monitor the entire situation to ensure staff follow through from the sales people through to the service department.
