I had to schedule an appointment for an oil change 5 days in advance and it took over 2.5 hours. If I have to make an appointment that far in advance I would expect my oil change to be done in under an hour in advance and it took over 2.5 hours. Car was dropped off at 9am. At 2:30pm I still had not heard from anyone on the status of it. I ended up calling them and nobody answered so it went to voicemail.
