Took over 2 hours to complete a regularly scheduled oil change (I was quoted 1 hour). The justification was they were short staffed and forgot about me waiting in the waiting room. The representative was very apologetic, and gave me some vouchers for a free car wash which was nice. This was my first experience at this service shop, so I will be waiting to see if the next visit goes better. More
