Unfortunately a key piece of a wheel swap was missed so I had to wait an additional hour+ at the dealership after being called in to pick it up. The people are awesome, but it seems like the service departme had to wait an additional hour+ at the dealership after being called in to pick it up. The people are awesome, but it seems like the service department always falls one step short. They stripped or ruined a lug nut or something and didn't inform me until after they fixed it and made me wait an hour, and this was after forgetting four spacers on all four wheels that would've caused another trip to the service department. Find a local that you can trust. More
