Disappointed with Lack of Transparency, Resolution, Client Empowerment, and Post-Sale Support: My recent experience at Walser Honda was profoundly disappointing on multiple fronts. Despite claims of Client Empowerment, and Post-Sale Support: My recent experience at Walser Honda was profoundly disappointing on multiple fronts. Despite claims of transparency, crucial information about the vehicle's history was withheld, leaving me questioning the dealership's integrity. Furthermore, when I raised my concerns, the dealership's focus seemed more on selling the vehicle rather than empowering clients with transparent information before purchase. Despite multiple discussions, the only offered solution was an exchange, which is no longer feasible for me due to the expiration of the exchange period. Moreover, the lack of post-sale support is evident. Before the purchase, they were diligent in following up to secure the sale. However, once the sale was complete, their interest in customer satisfaction waned significantly. Despite assurances of availability, they failed to demonstrate a genuine commitment to keeping customers happy. This experience has severely eroded my trust in Walser Honda. I hope they prioritize transparency, resolution, client empowerment, and post-sale support in the future. More
It was a pretty good experience, They were quick and on top of everything, and the guy that helped with the purchase, Scott, was fantastic. My only big issue was that I asked for an oil change and I believ top of everything, and the guy that helped with the purchase, Scott, was fantastic. My only big issue was that I asked for an oil change and I believe that they did it although I’m still not 100% sure. When I brought the car the wrench light was on indicating low oil and when I left the wrench light was still on.. So that sent me into a bit of a Panic for a few days until I called the center itself and they told me that it’s possible the technician forgot to turn that light off. I then I had to do some research on my own and turn it off myself. Besides that, it was a good experience. More
