This was our third new car from Walser Honda and I dealt with several of the same people that had helped in the past. This was a very quick transaction (and I had NOT planned on it) after I visited Walser with several of the same people that had helped in the past. This was a very quick transaction (and I had NOT planned on it) after I visited Walser and saw a "Unadvertised Special" on the showroom floor. Took it home later that day and was pleased with the terms and service. Sales manager even delivered a charging kit to my home later that evening. More
Great service and my sales rep was very helpful, informative and patient! I’m a first time car buyer and I would recommend Walser Honda to all! informative and patient! I’m a first time car buyer and I would recommend Walser Honda to all! More
I like how they were fast and to the point. I like the price they had on the car I wanted and no other dealership could match it. I like the price they had on the car I wanted and no other dealership could match it. More
I spent weeks determining what SUV I wanted to purchase for myself, and I researched which dealership to buy my CRV from. There are a lot of Honda dealerships in MN, and location was not my number one prio for myself, and I researched which dealership to buy my CRV from. There are a lot of Honda dealerships in MN, and location was not my number one priority. I’ve heard several people say they had great experiences with Walser and I reached out to them and was connected with a sales team member who spent weeks answering my emails with any and all purchase related questions. I felt very valued as a customer and would 10/10 recommend them to anyone looking for a Honda! More
Sales person was responsive prior to entering the facility. I specifically asked if this would be a quick sign and drive type of transaction and he said absolutely. It absolutely was not. We were at facility. I specifically asked if this would be a quick sign and drive type of transaction and he said absolutely. It absolutely was not. We were at the dealership for 2 hours because my new vehicle was not ready. It was busy, so I brushed it off. I became disappointed when I asked technology related questions regarding my new vehicle and the upgraded features. The sales person was not helpful, instead sent me YouTube videos for me to figure out. I was still having trouble so I reached out 2 days later asking for someone with more of a technical background to help me. I never heard from the sales person. I now have features on my Elite Odyssey that I do not know how to use. More
i called the Walser Honda service department due to a fluid leak. It was very hard to reach the department. I called several times and was transferred or placed on hold multiple times. When I call I e fluid leak. It was very hard to reach the department. I called several times and was transferred or placed on hold multiple times. When I call I expect to speak to someone in the service department. I'm not interested in being placed on hold and listening to useless recordings nor am I interested in speaking to someone in a call center. Eventually, I spoke to two different people who told me the earliest appointment was over a week out. I asked to speak to the manager and was told to give my phone number for a call-back, A man called back, who did not provide his name or job title, but he was able to get me in the next day. The problem was identified, a leaking valve, and corrected over a five-hour timeframe. The technician who worked on the van changed the radio settings and the trip information screen inside the van which were not in any way related to the defective valve. TELL YOUR TECHNICIANS TO NOT TAMPERER WITH ANY SETTINGS. It took me two days to get the trip information screen corrected. I can't help but wonder what else he rifled through inside the van. More
