The low pressure non commission sale was nice. The ability to get a value on our trade prior to showing up was nice. They kept the price valued on my trade when we showed up. The extended warranty and service plans with fabric and paint protection is needed for some customers. We explained that we don’t keep cars long enough and it was still pushed. This part became uncomfortable during the process. The all digital/tablet part wasn’t appreciated, I would rather have paper copies. In our case it would have prevented the deal from almost falling apart. We came for 2025 CRV and were sold a 2024. This would have been noticed if I had paperwork to review versus scrolling through things quickly. More

Purchased a used car two months ago and came with a complementary 3 month 3k mile warranty. First point of contact was Skyler in the Service department who reached out to Dan who was a Sales manager, both were excellent and collaborated to expedite and schedule an appointment at a different Walser location that was a better fit for my vehicle. The Service Writer that assisted me was also named Dan, and he too communicated extremely well, was very personable, and got my vehicle back to me same day with warranty covering majority of the cost. Great Job Team Walser! More
