This oil change experience was so much better than last year. Last year I tried two different times with an appointment and was told I would have at least a two hour wait. After the second try I opted to g year. Last year I tried two different times with an appointment and was told I would have at least a two hour wait. After the second try I opted to go someplace else for my oil change. This year my appointment I was in and out in about 1/2 hour. This is the service one should get with an appointment. I plan to buy a new CRV Hybrid this summer and I had made up my mind it would not be purchased at your dealership if the service wasn’t better than last year. As I mentioned that was not the case so I will give Walser Honda a chance on my CRV purchase. More

Our experience with Megan Cooly and Burnsville Honda was amazing. We had visited another dealership earlier in the day but did not receive the type of attention that Megan provided. She is intelligent, knowledgeable, and made the experience fun (even has her own drill to put the plates on quickly) and not pressured. She answered questions promptly, knew 95% of what we asked, and got back to us quickly if she didn't know the answer. They had a variety of inventory in stock, so we did not have to wait > a year for a car as the other dealership had said. This is roughly our 8th Walser car. This is why we keep coming back.
