First, we brought our vehicle in for a safety recall for side mirrors. They replaced the driver's side mirror with an "excessively distorted mirror and not useable" as noted by the service technician. Did side mirrors. Second, Invoice stated "You may receive an email regarding our performance today. If your service was anything less than excellent, please contact our Service Manager, Myron Magstadt, before taking the survey. I called and left a message for Myron and he never called me back. Tried to reach him several times, but would ring and ring and then go to voicemail every time. We now have an appointment to replace our Driver's side mirror with our original part as they do not have a quality replacement part yet. Once they receive a quality part, we will have to make an appointment and drive another 60-mile roundtrip. We do not appreciate the inconvenience! More
When we bought our Pilot from you we added the best warranty you offered plus 6 oil changes with tire rotation. Every time we’ve brought it in for an oil change you never see that we have free ones. Our least time in we had an issue with our rear gate lift sensor in addition to an oil change and a recall issue. Again we had to remind you of the free oil change and when we picked up our vehicle they said the sensor needed replacing didn’t anyone call. I said nobody called but why wouldn’t you just replace it we have the warranty that covers it. Once again you had to go check and find we have the best warranty you offer and didn’t have to pay for the 90.00 diagnostic charge. But now we have to reschedule for that repair. Your employees are always nice and apologetic but WHY doesn’t it state that we have these additional coverages when they pull up our vehicle in your computer???? Something your software people could maybe work on ? More
