I've taken my Honda here for several years for service and everything has always gone smoothly. The staff is friendly, nice, helpful and considerate. I really appreciate them! I recently purchased a new car from them and unfortunately, the process was not very smooth. A lot of missteps ("lost" my car in their inventory, etc). My salesperson was very nice, but if this would have been my first interaction with Walser, I'm not sure if I would have felt comfortable recommending them. One side note, this review is needing a rating for Kyle Antes, which I dont recall working with at all so my rating should not be considered accurate for him. More

Well received and excellent customer service. Inspected the car and done the necessary services. Not satisfied with complimentary car wash. It was for name sake.
