We were just car shopping but ended up buying a new Honda Pilot. Bryan Santo Maya impressed us so much with his personal manner, he listened to us and he was not pushy or arrogant, as can so often be a big t Pilot. I have a Honda dealership closer to home, but the service center and sales people here are much more willing to help. They have at times went above and beyond to help answer questions, and make sure I had all of the information I needed. If you need to wait during service, they have a nice spacious area with comfortable seating and tables, Wifi, and access to electrical outlets so I was able to work on my laptop (which had a low battery when I arrived) while I waited. The wait was exactly as long as he had told me it would be. They are also great about asking you before doing any service you did not request, and explaining if they find something else they would suggest needs work. Love the video they send during the inspection and service. I live on a gravel road, and they always wash it for me too, which is a nice added bonus! More
