I had to call multiple times to get answers. They explained to me that the walk in customer or top priority over online customers. I had an appointment made to go in for test drive, the person I was working with called in sick. When I called before I made the drive up, the manager thought I was looking at a completely different vehicle. When I got there the car was not ready. It had not been detailed. Them knowing I was buying this vehicle. And last thing they only fill their used vehicles up to half tank of gas. It should be full tanks with every vehicle. You are a big dealership and make millions, you couldn’t put in the extra 6 gallons that I had to down the road? More
