I was first in line at opening, so I did not need to wait. They finished in a little more than an hour, so I got my car back quickly. They were polite and efficient. Beautiful facility, friendly people. I had a single concern that the tech decided to drain fluid from my transmission as I had followed the very detailed procedure defined by Honda. If I had a single concern that the tech decided to drain fluid from my transmission as I had followed the very detailed procedure defined by Honda. If the Tech did not follow the procedure (warm the engine until the cooling fan turns on, turn off the vehicle, check fluid level within 30-60 seconds), the reading on the dipstick would have showed slightly over filled. Given the lack of reliability with these transmissions, I would expect the Techs to follow the prescription defined in Honda's. Further, I asked that the techs verified TSB 17-025 and TSB-17-026 had been performed. I did not get a clear answer that it had been performed. I indicated that I had had major shudder issues prior to performing the transmission fluid and transmission filter replacement at 50,000 miles. Further, I indicated a mild form of shudder had been occurring recently. A tech drove the vehicle and indicated they could not duplicate it. I would have been happy to take them on a Test drive and demonstrated the issue (it is subtle). More
