Scott's service and follow-up was very good and appreciative. I did, though, have a couple of surprises, not necessarily disappointments, but surprises based on previous service visits. First, it appreciative. I did, though, have a couple of surprises, not necessarily disappointments, but surprises based on previous service visits. First, it didn't appear that my vehicle was washed. I'm not sure if that is a standard service 'perk' anymore or not - but I know that I used to appreciate knowing my vehicle would get a good wash as part of my service visit; and second, I never received a video summary of what the technician found during the service visit. I do have the service notes that were made but this is the first time in, likely before Covid, where I didn't receive a video. Thank you for your time. More

A little long for an oil change, nearly 110 minutes. Also, I like the video, but this time it was difficult to understand in parts, one of which was a recommendation for a rear differential fluid change Also, I like the video, but this time it was difficult to understand in parts, one of which was a recommendation for a rear differential fluid change, I would have likely had that done in the alloted time if I had understood what the tech was saying, but ran out of time.
