Don't list cars that have already been presold! Not even a chance to buy. Deceptive and misleading tacrics to gain leads and build up a database of emails and phone numbers for marketing purposes. Not even a chance to buy. Deceptive and misleading tacrics to gain leads and build up a database of emails and phone numbers for marketing purposes. Other dealerships say "sale pending" but Walser doesn't. I wasted my time inquiring and couldn't get a straight answer at first. More
2 minutes agoNEW I put a $500 deposit down on a 2022 Honda Civic in mid-January for a vehicle that was expected to arrive by 5/1. Didn't receive a receipt or anything at the time. Around mid-April, I Honda Civic in mid-January for a vehicle that was expected to arrive by 5/1. Didn't receive a receipt or anything at the time. Around mid-April, I reached out to inquire that everything was still on track. Was told they couldn't find any record of my $500 deposit. I used a credit card and had to pull bank statements to provide proof. Seemed odd... Regardless, was informed there would be a slight delay and production was going to be around late April with the vehicle ready/delivered around mid May. Once again, no receipt. Today is 5/16 and I haven't received any updates from Alex the sales rep since 4/28. I was expecting the car to be ready this week. He responded it hasn't been built yet (no VIN) but "any day now". I called the manager immediately after and I'm being told now to expect a mid-June delivery. Unbelievable... With the pandemic and supply chain, I understand the delays. The lack of communication though it not excusable. While waiting, interest rates have gone up significantly, and new vehicles sold by Walser Honda now have a 5% over MSRP tacked on. That's another $1500 or so I'll have to eat. A terrible all-around experience. This would be the 3rd vehicle purchased from Walser Honda in 2 years and even experience has had problems. I am extremely frustrated and also disappointed. More

I'm out of town at a funeral, but bring it in six days after I bought it (I did call Mike M. in sales as soon as the light came on and made a service appointment. One scan later, $1,300 to replace the catalytic converter. The dealership just said "it's been three days, your screwed". It's obvious they cleared that code prior to putting the car up for sale. No offer of any kind of discount on the service or labor, nothing. Snake oil salesmen there, everything you've ever heard about car dealerships applies. BUYER BEWARE More
Steven in the service department did a fantastic job on helping us with a simple tire issue. It was extremely busy and he went above and beyond helping us with our tires, even doing the job himself. Really appreciate the customer service from the service and parts department. More
DO NOT SHOP AT THIS DEALERSHIP! Bought a new 2022 Honda Odyssey van here and it was a really HORRIBLE experience. I decided to order a van built specifically for me and paid a deposit to reserve it. I wa Odyssey van here and it was a really HORRIBLE experience. I decided to order a van built specifically for me and paid a deposit to reserve it. I was told it would be no longer than 4-6 weeks and given a build date and arrival date. My date came and went with no updates and no van. I was then given another date certain it would arrive by. Again, no car by the second promised date. I was then given a third date by a sales manager. I was a 3 day window it would arrive within, guaranteed. AGAIN, no car arrival. I was really frustrated and wanted to get some clear answers as to why there were so many delays and misinformation from the dealership. I called the general manager, Brent Fangel. I was told he was in a meeting and would call me back asap. I left a detailed message about my concerns and asked if he could return my call. He never returned my call so I called again and left another message. No return call ever from Mr. Fangel. I then called and spoke to a sales manager, Neng Lee. He was not interested in listening to my concerns. He continued to interrupt me and I had to specifically ask him for the courtesy of not talking over me. He kept telling me they have no control over matters. He said they cannot do anything to help me. He told me that the best they can do is to tell me when the car arrives but cannot tell me any timeframe. He said no one should have ever given me any dates for arrival. My car arrived within a week of this last call but more than 3 months after it was promised. When it arrived, I was sent a text that an upgraded trim package was added. They were demanding additional $700.00 on to the contracted price of my car. I told them I did not add that and was upset it was added. They were not willing to make any adjustments to the price of the car increase. If I did not want it they would sell it to someone else. SHOP ELSEWHERE PEOPLE! This dealership is really really hard to deal with. No consideration for customers needs, timelines, price limits, or the courtesy of a listening ear when there are issues which are clearly their fault. More
Had an appointment with Alex at Walser Honda and didn’t receive any assistance. Honestly, I don't want to give any star for my experience. It was my first experience to buy a car in the US. I shared my information(International student, didn't have US driving license yet) w experience. It was my first experience to buy a car in the US. I shared my information(International student, didn't have US driving license yet) with Megan Cooley but she suggested me to visit the dealer and see the car. So I went there by bicycle from Wisconsin. But after one and half hour waiting, the other staff told me there were nothing that I could do at that time because I didn't have a license. And at the same day, the car that I wanted was sold. So I got an US driving license about a week later and contacted with her to check available inventories. I found the same model car that I wanted on their website, but she kept saying that the car was sold and it takes some time to update their website. I asked 3 times in total in 6 days, but she kept saying it's unavailable. I also submitted the online availability checking, but I didn't get any reaction. And finally I got an opportunity to talk with another staff, and he told me the same car was available. I got an appointment for test drive ASAP. But I couldn't visit the dealer due to heavy rain. And at the same day, the car was sold. I don't understand why official dealer staff cannot understand their stock correctly. If she told me the correct information, I could have bought the car earlier, at least I had chance to buy. I talked about this with their sales manager, but he told me that Megan was not his team and she was not under his responsibility. This dealer might be a great place for almost all people to buy a car, but not for an international student who has a lower budget. More
