This is Honda number 5. Honda 3,4, & 5 was purchased from this dealer. We have had all service outside of recalls either in my shop or an independent shop out side of the Honda 3,4, & 5 was purchased from this dealer. We have had all service outside of recalls either in my shop or an independent shop out side of the dealer meaning I cannot say anything about service since we haven't used them. Sales...they were very slow and somewhat disorganized on a busy Saturday. We arrived at noon and got out with our car at closing or shortly after. Our road test was only on smooth roads directed by our salesman. We decided next time we will chose all roads which will be more of a challenge fora better test of the product. We found late in the day we could not take the vehicle off the lot without payment so we financed it and we will pay the balance of the loan in one payment which was agreeable to us. Deal with Walser again...Yes but another dealer shows up within the same area we may not. Walser's detailing of lease returns makes Walser a better choice for now. More
