After bad experiences at Bloomfield Honda I decided to give Walser Honda a try. The difference was night and day. The service staff was professional, knowledgeable, and treated me with respect. I was there for a recall on my Ridgeline and the estimated wait time for my repair was less than an hour. At Bloomington Honda the estimate for the repair was one to two days....and, because of the amount of time I requested a loaner which they agreed to provide when I made my appointment. But, when I arrived I was told they had no loaner for me but they would call Enterprise Rental to pick me up. I left and will never use anyone but Walser Honda again. More
Service was good. It took 1 year and at 4months to get in for my recall. My name has been on a list to have the part replaced. Every time I called you said you didn’t have the part and would call me. I once again called and you had the part and started replacing then. She wanted me to wait another month. By the end of the conversation I waited a week. Team members are always great. They do a great job. Waiting so long to get my fuel pump fixed is not good. More

I bought a car, and it was delivered to me in poor condition, dirty, and with damaged headlights. When I took it in for its first oil change and maintenance, after three months, a very scruffy-looking condition, dirty, and with damaged headlights. When I took it in for its first oil change and maintenance, after three months, a very scruffy-looking guy with very long hair and a long beard was very rude and told me why I didn't fix it myself. I felt discriminated. They also told me the vehicle was in critical condition. I paid cash for the car and didn't get even a free car wash. I feel scammed. More
