Bought a car from them and they were extremely pushy with additional services and warranties. Great service once I got through the horrible phone system to make a non-standard appointment. The service rep gave me his cell number which made further communications much easier. I appreciated the video of the multi-point car inspection even though it was sometimes difficult to hear due to background noise from other vehicles being serviced.
