The service advisor explained the work to be done and gave me an estimate of 1-1½ hours for completion. However, the service took 2½ hours to complete and I was not updated regarding the extra time needed. I had to text the service advisor to get an update who told me the mechanic was just finishing up. It was then another half hour for actual completion. I understand that estimates can be wrong and extra time may be needed, but the customer should be fully informed. More

I had my calendar mixed up and arrived for recall work on the wrong day. They got me in anyway and completed the work in a short amount of time. Then my service manager listened to what my problem was with the car. The technician was able to discover exactly what the issue is, and Ben was able to reach out to our extended warranty and get all the m with the car. He applied a very nice coupon so my tire rotation and oil change was very minimum. I love working with Ben. I feel he listens to me. More
