After bad experiences at Bloomfield Honda I decided to give Walser Honda a try. The difference was night and day. The service staff was professional, knowledgeable, and treated me with respect. I was ther give Walser Honda a try. The difference was night and day. The service staff was professional, knowledgeable, and treated me with respect. I was there for a recall on my Ridgeline and the estimated wait time for my repair was less than an hour. At Bloomington Honda the estimate for the repair was one to two days....and, because of the amount of time I requested a loaner which they agreed to provide when I made my appointment. But, when I arrived I was told they had no loaner for me but they would call Enterprise Rental to pick me up. I left and will never use anyone but Walser Honda again. More
